Active Research

CORALS LLC conducts original IRB-approved research on organizational behavior, workplace dynamics, and human resource management.

WOE: Whacked-Out Environments
An active multi-branch study examining organizational contexts where fear becomes normalized while performance demands remain unchanged. Branch 1 findings will be presented at the 21st International Conference on Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, Galway, Ireland, July 2026. Branch 2 Delphi findings will ultimately be published in an academic journal.
