CORALS LLC conducts original IRB-approved research on organizational behavior, workplace dynamics, and human resource management.

WOE: Whacked-Out Environments
An active, multi-branch study examining organizational contexts in which fear becomes normalized while performance demands remain unchanged. A conceptual paper was published in C’IR by Dr. P in August 2025. The findings from Delphi’s Branch 1 were presented at the 21st International Conference on Interdisciplinary Social Sciences in Galway, Ireland, in July 2026, and a participatory Delphi was conducted. The conference paper is currently in peer review. The Branch 2 Delphi findings will ultimately be published in an academic journal, as data collection was finalized in August 2026.
